I have always been into fitness even from a very young age, from gymnastics, swimming to netball and now bodybuilding. For the past few years I have been competing in various competitions and I believe this has greatly broadened my knowledge in many fields such as different training techniques, nutrition and also the physiologic side to exercise. My goal with clients is to promote a healthy lifestyle both in and outside of the gym by educating them through their duration of their course.
I work closely with my clients to ensure they are hitting their targets and striving towards their goals.
