I qualified as a personal trainer in my first year of university, during which time I gained a wealth of experience working in both gym setting and high performance strength and conditioning facilities. The knowledge I have gained from these environments, coupled with the academic understanding I have accumulated during my degree have enabled me to take my services to the next level.
I am dedicated to providing high quality bespoke training and results to individuals of varying backgrounds. I am a friendly and approachable trainer that loves to learn new skills and techniques that I can share with others. I enjoy getting my clients out of their comfort zone and motivating them to achieve the results they are looking for.
