Group Training
All our sessions have been carefully constructed for one reason. Results.

They offer a unique workout for anyone wanting to take part, from the elite gym junkie to first time starters, we will make sure that everyone has fun and feels welcome.

We understand that not everyone has the same fitness levels. All we ask for is 100% effort whether that is 1 press up, 1 sit up or a 1000 of each, it doesn’t matter. We all have to start somewhere. We are here to help you achieve what you thought you couldn’t.

Be warned you will be pushed to your individual limits!
