S20 Physiques signature HIIT sessions are great for all levels of fitness.


The classes are taught by the highly qualified physique coaches, consisting of standard weighted circuits, bodyweight circuits, countdowns, AMRAPs, and many other variations.


The trainers put their own spin on the sessions so no one session is ever the same, and…the fitter you get, the more you are pushed, so the faster you will see results you desire!
